Dear friends of Pinkly Ever After,
I think that it is about time now that I share this with all of you.

I think I was one of the lucky ones that were born with a vision and a mission to spread it. I've always had a clear picture in my heart what I was here for and it was to be happy and cute inside and out. The feeling of aligning my appearance with what was within was so incredible and powerful that it was only natural for me to want to share the secret with others and let them join in. I felt the most beautiful and complete in my cute attire and it became my life goal to help others feel the same.
This dream developed through out my entire life and I had never doubted myself. This was how Pinkly Ever After began.
It was truly a dream-come-true for me to make Pinkly Ever After my full time job and my life-long career and I am so happy with how far I've come except as I learned and was pushed to count in business aspects into my decision making, things started to shift a bit.
I may have been too naive to see this but business is about money and it runs based on margins it produces. To make margins, you either raise the price or lower the cost. Being cost effective and considering efficiency was never my priority before Pinkly Ever After became a real business and business espects inevitably started to pull me away from my creativity and my ideals more often than I would like to admit. I found myself negotiating my ideals and it hit me that I've compromised my vision and I was not happy with what I was doing. It made me feel so ashamed of myself and I started to blame myself for being not true to myself. I started to have serious panic attacks wondering if I deserved to be the fairy godmother if I couldn't express what was really in me because of whatever restrictions.
I thought it was my duty to help others realize what was within by making the clothes that they felt the most themselves in and I still feel responsible to continue what I can which is that I stop being the commercial designer and going back to being the artist who is after the true beauty. In fact, my beauty asthetic changed a bit as well along the way and I don't want to repress it by trying to be the person Pinkly Ever After needs me to be. I have to be happy with myself and be true to myself first if I could ever inspire others again and I will continue making the clothes and living the happy and cute life style on my own. Not for money. Not for anything but for myself.
I want everybody to continue their own journey and whatever it may be, I want you all to remember how important it is to stay true to yourself.
If you'll need me, I would be open to help via email but Pinkly Ever After store will be officially closed by the end of January 2015. I may and may not upload new items until the closing day but if you have something magical in your head that you really cannot find anywhere else, I would still help out so just contact me via email.
Other than that, I would be on my journey to find myself again and I thank you all for your support for the past 4 years. Thank you and I will miss you all.

Well-being Perfume Mist

Pinkly Ever After always spray perfume mist on our clothes before sending to make sure that your first encounter with our item is a lovely experience~^-^ ☆
Current perfume mist has herbal extracts and phytoncides (natural compound that comes from the woods) for your well being~
It has fresh floral scent of bergamot, jasmine, and rose ♪

As you know, we carry both original items and select items~…
Some new clothes have factory smell which is not magical at all..
(For your tip, I recommend washing all your new clothes before wearing because new clothes have been carried around places like factories and wholesale places. Not just ours, but any other clothes. Don’t forget to hand-wash our original items ^-^)

Happy&Cute Virus Project

Hello, darlings~

Pinkly Ever After would like to announce the new project called 

Happy&Cute Virus Project~!! 

We’ve been preparing this for over a month now 

and we would like to tell you a bit about how this project started.

I’ve met lots of people telling me how they thought pastel and colorful fashion was cute 

but they didn’t have courage to wear this style which made me really sad. 

I think the reason why they thought this way is because 

cute pastel fashion is different from mainstream style and 

people throw judgement at you if you are slightly different from what is considered “normal.”

I have been choosing what I think is beautiful over fitting in 

because it gives me unexplainable joy to just display what’s inside externally 

with no restrains 

but I’d have to say it’s not always easy.

So I invented this Happy&Cute Virus and picked 7 girls all around the world 

who I admire for their strength and style 

and asked them to be the initial carriers of the virus☆ 

They are again asked to find a girl 

who might think this colorful fashion is cute but is afraid to try it or 

just needs a bit of help in dressing up 

and transform them into a fairy princess, lolita, magical girl or whatever they want to be~! 

This way, we will have 14 cute girls after the first project which is the double the number!! 

Yay~!

This is how Pinkly Ever After wants to spread happiness and cuteness all over the world~♥

A lot of very exciting things happening at AN this year for Pinkly Ever After~!

Pinkly Ever After will be selling at Crafters Corner at the joint table with Alice, Dear all three days. We have some AN exclusive items for sale so please check them out if you are coming~!

And PEA is hosting a Harajuku Fashion Panel on Friday 6pm in Ottawa Room(DoubleTree)

Also, a Japanese guest of honor at AN, Chii Sakurabi, is wearing Pinkly Ever After's dress at her concert~!

Thank you always for your loving support~! It’s been almost three years since Pinkly Ever After opened and has been trying to spread happy & cute fashion inspired by fairy tales~!

The designers and the staffs of Pinkly Ever After launched the brand in hopes to emerge all the cute fashion subcultures out there without any boundaries so girls can express themselves freely of what they find beautiful instead of limiting themselves into one or a few categories.

Some people might still be confused by Pinkly Ever After’s direction as to what genre it is going for since PEA is a small indie brand with less than 10 dresses released in the past. Pinkly Ever After’s inspiration comes from broad range of aspects such as fairy tales, magical girl and other cute anime, sweet Lolita fashion, Japanese idol culture, fairy-kei and other Harajuku subcultures and more. Pinkly Ever After is not limited to just one or two existing categories of fashion style~!

We aspire to make magical pieces to unlock girls’ heart that will charm them into the world of cute fashion just like the ones that unlocked the designers and staffs of Pinkly Ever After’s hearts years ago that led us to create this brand ^___^

Hopefully as times go by and we release more items frequently, our followers can see our vision better and understand what we want to do for you. Pinku Project is coming to POP! Jr! Halloween Party~!!

Pinku Project Graduation Announcement

Dear beloved Pinku Otakus,

We have sad news to tell you darlings today. It’s been 3 years since Pinku Project has been pursuing the dream of performing on stage and spreading the love for idol culture in North America. All we had in the beginning was love and passion for J-pop culture and we didn’t know what will happen in the future. We never thought we would get to sing and dance on stage and meet you who love us dearly and support us with enthusiasm. Best part of Pinku Project is definitely you, Pinku Otakus. In the hectic schedule during school, work, recording, practicing and more, thinking of you strengthened us and gave us reasons to make the mission impossible work.
Pinku Project has stayed self-funded, self-directed and self-managed with lots of help from many hard working staffs. That is the reason why we could stay true to ourselves all these years. And as much as we would really really really love to continue, all four members have carefully decided that it would be best to concentrate on our primary life. Pinku Project requires all of our free time and even more in order to obtain the quality we can be proud of but we have realized that it was almost impossible to make the commitment needed to improve our performances and on the other side, we all were spending so much time on Pinku Project and couldn’t help but neglect our school life and family time. It really breaks our heart to leave Pinku Project but we have decided that it’s best that we leave while you all remember us at our highest.
Releasing an original CD was a dream that you made possible and a gift from you we will never forget. Without your love and support, we wouldn’t have even dreamt of such thing. For that, we thank you. This CD will be the treasure that will remind us of you and hopefully you of us as well.
Baby Pinku will officially graduate Pinku Project by the end July and return as a normal student and concentrate on her study. The other three members will stay and continue Pinku Project till the end of this year. We will have a fan event in Toronto and in Ottawa before we all graduate so we can see you in person to say goodbye. Details about the fan events will be released later. After graduation, Peach Pinku will go back to her designing career at Pinkly Ever After as Robin JooBin. Cotton Pinku will go back to her study and become a model for Pinkly Ever After. Cotton and Berry Pinku will continue dancing on Youtube in a group called FrolicLassie. Berry will also continue her role as a staff in Oishii Project as Berry Risa.
I know it’s a sudden news and my heart literally aches just thinking about graduating Pinku Project but I hope you all will understand and continue to support our future in following our individual dreams. Until the end of this year, all of us want to work as hard as we’ve been and meet you all as much as possible so please don’t think it’s a goodbye yet. We love you all and will love you no matter what.
